One to One Nutrition and Health Coaching Services: Our service is intended to provide you with general guidance and support on nutrition and health topics. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle. - Our service is based on your personal goals, preferences, and needs. However, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve any specific results or outcomes. You are responsible for following the recommendations and instructions we provide, as well as monitoring your progress and adjusting your plan accordingly. - Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or effective. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. - You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about yourself when you sign up for our service. You agree to update your information as needed to keep it accurate, complete, and current. You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. - You agree to use our service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not use our service for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive purposes. You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our service or the servers or networks that host it. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to or modify any part of our service or its content.
Cancellation Policy:Â We value your satisfaction and trust in our online nutrition and health coaching programs. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In order to provide you with the best service and respect our coaches' time, we have the following refund policy: - Should you need to completely cancel your service, a refund will be provided minus an administrative fee of 3%. This fee covers the costs associated with the processing of your booking and is non-refundable. - If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that session minus an admin fee of 3%. - If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund for that session. However, you may reschedule it for another date and time, subject to availability and within the validity period of your program. - If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, the session will be deemed canceled and you will not receive a refund or a reschedule option for that session. -Please note that this refund policy applies to individual sessions only. If you have purchased a package of sessions, the refund policy will depend on the terms and conditions of that package. Please refer to the specific package details for more information.
Deposit Policy: Non-Refundable Deposit All deposits paid to secure services are strictly non-refundable. If you decide to cancel or change your mind after paying the deposit, the amount will not be refunded. Refunds for Service Non-Delivery The deposit will only be refunded if the service cannot be provided by us due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Commitment to Your Booking By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and your deposit serves as confirmation of your commitment to proceed with the service. Exceptions No exceptions will be made outside of the conditions stated above. Gift Card Policy: Gift cards and eGift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, as per Irish legislation (Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019). - Gift cards and eGift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded. - Gift cards and eGift cards can be used to pay for goods and services on our website, in full or in part, depending on the balance available. - Gift cards and eGift cards are not subject to any fees or charges. - Gift cards and eGift cards are not transferable and can only be used by the named individual on the voucher. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards and we will not replace them.
Service Offering Policy: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our service at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
